Un sujeto identificado como Elías Camacho González fue sentenciado a 16 años y ocho meses de prisión, luego de que el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Central para la Atención de Delitos Vinculados a la Violencia de Género de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia estatal (FGJEM), acreditó su participación en el delito de violación, con la modificativa agravante de haberse cometido en contra de una persona con la cual tenía una relación que implica confianza.
Las pruebas recabadas y aportadas por la Representación Social fueron determinantes para que un Juez del Distrito Judicial de Tenango del Valle emitiera esta sentencia en contra de este sujeto, a quien también le impuso multas de 54 mil 918 pesos, 43 mil 512 pesos como reparación del daño moral y 52 mil pesos como reparación del daño material, aunado a que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
Los hechos ocurrieron en abril de 2019, cuando la víctima se encontraba en compañía de este individuo, quien era su ex pareja sentimental, a bordo de un vehículo; el ahora sentenciado comenzó a reclamarle una supuesta infidelidad y la golpeó.
Minutos después puso en marcha la unidad automotora y avanzó en dirección al municipio de Atizapán, para llevarla a un hotel denominado “Cadillac”, en la colonia La Remolacha, donde la agredió sexualmente.
