Lineas de transporte público pararon actividades y dejaron sin servicio a pobladores de la comunidad de Ciudad Cuauhtémoc para exigir a las autoridades den respuesta a su demanda y paren las extorsiones y las muertes de compañeros choferes.
Concentrados en Avenida Nacional, obstruyendo sólo un carril en ambos sentidos para no afectar la circulación, los conductores del volante de la empresa Autotransportes Marte, apoyados por la ruta Buendía y San Pablo Tecalco, pararon labores y con pintas en sus unidades “No más extorsiones” y “No más muertes de compañeros”, protestaron para ser escuchados por los autoridades ante las amenazas que reciben de parte de los extorsionadores.
Cerca de las 7:00 horas de éste lunes, los conductores dejaron de ofrecer el servicio, además cerraron las entradas principales a la comunidad a la altura de Laboratorios, junto a la Comercial Mexicana y en Herrería por la tienda Elektra, esto para protestar por las extorsiones de las que han sido víctimas y de las que como consecuencia dos de sus compañeros fueron asesinados hace una semana.
Ante el temor de que se tomen represalias por alzar la voz, sin dar nombres, sólo exigen la intervención de las autoridades para que den solución a su demanda por extorsiones así como dar con los responsables de los crímenes de tres de sus agremiados que fueron asesinados en un periodo de 20 días.
Por otra parte se presume las líneas Buendia y San PabloTecalco, que también ofrecen servicio de transporte en la zona se unieron al paro porque han recibido amenazas para que paguen derecho de piso y se supo el día de ayer por la tarde noche que dejaron de circular en la comunidad por esa situación.
Cabe mencionar que fue el pasado fin de semana que tras negarse a pagar una cuota, un grupo delictivo quemó un microbús de la línea Autotransportes Marte y asesinaron al chofer de la unidad así como a un cacharpo, ambos sepultados en el panteón de San Isidro Atlauhtenco.
Por lo que ahora, a través de este paro de labores, con pintas en camiones, microbuses y combis，exigen a las autoridades su intervención para que delincuentes que se denominan “Los Renteros”, dejen de extorsionarlos ya que dieron a conocer que aunque existe una denuncia de hechos en el Ministerio Público, personal de la Fiscalía Regional con sede en éste municipio ha hecho caso omiso a su queja.
Está situación provocó afectaciones de centenares de pobladores que tuvieron que caminar o tomar taxis para llegar tarde a sus destinos.
