Nahúm Abraham Sicairos Montalvo, alias “El Quinceañero”, era el encargado de administrar el grupo del cártel de Sinaloa encabezado por Dámaso López Serrano “El Mini Lic”, que sostenía rivalidad con otras organizaciones en los estados de Sinaloa y Baja California Sur.
Su papel dentro de la organizada era el de adquirir inmuebles para convertirlos en casas de seguridad. El manejo financiero que realizaba para el cártel le valió la acusación de la Corte Federal del Distrito Sur de California, Estados Unidos, en agosto de 2016, por asociación delictuosa para distribuir e importar drogas en diversas modalidades; delitos por los que se emitió una orden de detención con fines de extradición en su contra en octubre de ese año.
También, la Secretaría General de Interpol emitió una ficha roja para emprender su búsqueda a nivel internacional y lograr su captura, informaron autoridades federales.
La mañana de este lunes, personal de la Procuraduría General de la República y la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional lograron localizarlo en el Fraccionamiento Real Esmeralda en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, Estado de México.
Durante su detención fue asegurado un kilogramo de droga y 20 dosis de cristal, y además fue aprehendido también un sujeto identificado como Filiberto “N”, quien se encontraba con él.
“El Quinceañero” fue trasladado a la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación de Delincuencia Organizada (SEIDO) para rendir su declaración ante el Ministerio Público federal.
Su detención ocurre a unos días de que “El Mini Lic” se entregó a autoridades de Estados Unidos por miedo a ser asesinado por sus enemigos, a pesar de que hasta ese momento no existía registro de ninguna orden de detención en su contra.
Elementos de la Agencia de Investigación Criminal (AIC) detuvieron a Nahúm Abraham Sicairos Montalvo “El Quinceañero”, identificado por las autoridades como principal operador de Dámaso López Serrano “El Mini Lic”, que es requerido por Estados Unidos.
El operativo fue realizado en coordinación con la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena) en un fraccionamiento de Atizapán de Zaragoza, Estado de México.
Nahúm Abraham Sicairos Montalvo es requerido por autoridades de Estados Unidos y cuenta con una ficha roja de Interpol además de una orden de detención con fines de extradición.
Tras las labores de inteligencia, los elementos de la Procuraduría General de la República (PGR) implementaron el operativo bajo un fuerte dispositivo de seguridad en el fraccionamiento exclusivo en el que participaron unidades artilladas.
Se espera que “El Quinceañero” sea llevado a las instalaciones de la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación de Delincuencia Organizada (Seido).
El sujeto detenido es un presunto operador financiero de Dámaso López Serrano, identificado por las autoridades como “El Mini Lic”, hijo de Dámaso López Núñez, “El Licenciado”, quien fue aprehendido en mayo de este año por ser miembro del cártel de Sinaloa, encabezado por Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.
“El Mini Lic” se entregó a las autoridades la semana pasada.
