Más de dos mil integrantes de diferentes asociaciones de la Ciudad de México, Tlalnepantla y colonias de Atizapán de Zaragoza, en apoyo al Sindicato Mexicano de Trabajadores (SME) se dieron cita en la Explanada de Palacio Municipal para manifestarse en contra de los trabajos que realiza la Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) en diferentes puntos del municipio.
Alrededor de las 10:00 de la mañana, camiones repletos de gente fueron llegando uno a uno a Palacio Municipal. Entre gritos y porras, los manifestantes se fueron congregando en el lugar llegando a cerrar el bulevar Adolfo López Mateos en tres ocasiones, lo que provocó la molestia de automovilistas y peatones, debido al tráfico ocasionado en esa importante arteria vehicular.
Al respecto, la presidenta municipal de Atizapán de Zaragoza, Ana María Balderas, mencionó que de acuerdo con vecinos, el descontento de los manifestantes se debió principalmente a que el día 25 de julio trabajadores de CFE no les avisaron sobre los trabajos de cambio de postes, cableado, transformadores y medidores digitales que tenían programados en las colonias UAM y Bosques Ixtacala.
Ante esta problemática y para evitar el riego de generar un fuerte conflicto entre trabajadores y vecinos, la mandataria local giro una petición a CFE para la cancelación de los trabajos de infraestructura en dichas colonias, además de Bosques Primavera, El Capulín, Miraflores, Emiliano Zapata, Villas de las Palmas, Lomas de Monte María, Hacienda del Pedregal y Lumbrera y se pronunció a favor del diálogo entre ambas partes.
Fue entonces cuando este lunes asociaciones como la Asamblea Nacional de Usuarios de Energía Eléctrica (ANUEE) Comité Delegación Cuauhtémoc, Región Gustavo A. Madero, Punto Cuajimalpa, Ramal Álvaro Obregón, Región Magdalena Contreras y Punto Miguel Hidalgo, así como el Comité Jardines de Morelos, se congregaron en la Explanada Municipal alrededor de las 11:00 de la mañana para expresar su inconformidad al gobierno municipal.
Jesús Mendoza Rivera, Director de Gobierno, informó que “la gente debe saber que el ayuntamiento está de su lado, pero debemos realizar las cosas de manera tranquila e integral, nosotros solo preservamos la tranquilidad y paz social en cada una de las colonias, el ayuntamiento en ningún momento manifiesta, defiende o promueve los trabajos que se están realizando, pero si es importante un acercamiento entre vecinos y CFE para mantener un dialogo y una comunicación permanente y directa para que la comunicación entre ambas partes quede de manifiesto”.
Fue alrededor de las 13:30 horas, cuando los manifestantes se retiraron del lugar, las autoridades municipales reportaron saldo blanco.
