El Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Especializada en Adolescentes de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), acreditó la probable participación de Yael “N”, en el delito de violación, ilícito por lo que un Juez Especializado en Adolescentes, determinó vincularlo a proceso.
El Juez de Control Especializado en el Sistema Integral para Adolescentes con sede en Zinacantepec determinó iniciar un proceso legal en contra de este adolescente de 17 años, quien al parecer agredió sexualmente a una menor de edad, en pasado 21 de diciembre, en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
Los hechos se registraron en el interior de un inmueble localizado en la calle Potreros, donde tanto la víctima, como el adolescente y otros sujetos, se encontraban en una fiesta, sin embargo cuando la menor se introdujo a una de las habitaciones habría sido seguida por Yael “N”, quien la sometió y obligó a sostener relaciones sexuales con él.
Una vez que esta Institución tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, Agentes de Investigación de la Fiscalía mexiquense realizaron diversas indagatorias y detuvieron a este individuo, el cual quedó a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial Especializada en Adolescentes, quien lo vinculó a proceso, sin embargo se le presume inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
