Juan Manuel “N” fue vinculado a proceso, luego de que el Representante Social de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), acreditó su probable participación en el delito de violación a una joven.
El ilícito que se le imputa a este individuo se registró el pasado 7 de julio, cuando llevó en su vehículo a una joven, a un paraje de la comunidad de San Pedro Atlapulco del municipio de Ocoyoacac.
Este individuo habría aprovechado la situación, luego de que la víctima subió a la camioneta Nissan tipo Frontier, para llevarla al poblado de San Pedro Atlapulco, sin embargo desvió el camino y la llevó a un sitio solitario de la zona donde la sometió y agredió sexualmente.
Una vez que esta Institución tuvo conocimiento de los hechos, a través de una denuncia, fueron iniciadas las indagatorias correspondientes y el Representante Social solicitó a un Juez librar una orden de aprehensión en contra de este sujeto, la cual fue otorgada y cumplimentada por Policías de la Fiscalía mexiquense.
El detenido fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Lerma en donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, autoridad que lo vinculó a proceso, y concedió un plazo de dos meses para el cierre de investigación, sin embargo se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
