Tras ser plenamente reconocido por la presunta victima los Policías Municipales trasladaro a quien se identificó como Adrian “N” de 19 años de edad a la Agencia del Ministerio Público para iniciar una carpeta de investigación por el presunto Delito de Robo con Violencia y determinar así la situación jurídica de esta persona.
