Este municipio reportó un descenso de hasta 10% en delitos como Lesiones, Robo de Vehículo y Robo en Vía Pública, entre otros, entre la primera y segunda quincena de febrero.
Así se dio a conocer en la Cuarta Reunión Conjunta de los Subgrupos de Acciones Operativas de la Zona Metropolitana, como parte de la información vertida por el Subdirector Operativo Regional Metropolitano de la Secretaría de Seguridad del Estado de México (SSEM), Dolores Galván Noguez.
En las instalaciones del Centro de Monitoreo C-4 de Tlalnepantla, el director de Seguridad Pública de Atizapán, Alberto Luis Ugalde Fernández, apuntó que esta tendencia a la baja de delitos que
causan un alto impacto a las familias de la demarcación, se debe al reforzamiento de operativos con las BOM en Atizapán, donde participan efectivos de las policías federal, estatal y municipal, y la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena).
Agregó que los dispositivos conjuntos tienen que ver con la aplicación de filtros de revisión a motociclistas, vigilancia a vehículos de transporte público de pasajeros y recorridos con presencia de uniformados en zonas de bancos, cajeros y plazas comerciales, entre otros sitios.
En la reunión de Análisis e Intercambio de Información se resaltó la necesidad de reorientar e intensificar los operativos intermunicipales a fin de seguir incrementando la detención de sujetos que se dedican al robo de cuentahabientes, y la disminución en diversos delitos.
En ese sentido, dijo que gracias a la emisión de alertas se han detectado a personas sospechosas que a bordo de motocicletas se encuentran hablando por celular antes de cometer un ilícito.
También estuvieron presentes en el evento representantes de la SSEM, CUSAEM, y las autoridades policiacas de Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, Huixquilucan y de la Ciudad de México, Sector Clavería.
