En diferentes acciones, agentes de seguridad estatal lograron detener a tres sujetos señalados por su probable responsabilidad en delitos de extorsión y homicidio calificado en municipios del Estado de México.
El primer caso derivó de una denuncia mediante la que un hombre del municipio de La Paz reportó ser víctima de extorsión por parte de dos individuos, por lo que Agentes del Grupo Táctico Operativo Tecámac (GTO) y elementos de la policía estatal realizaron un operativo en una plaza comercial de dicho municipio donde fueron detenidos José Roberto “N” y José María “N”, ambos de 21 años de edad.
Estos sujetos al parecer realizaron llamadas a la víctima, mediantes las cuales le exigieron la entrega de 300 mil pesos a cambio de no hacerle daño a su familia.
Ambos detenidos fueron presentados ante el Ministerio Público, quien inició la carpeta de investigación correspondiente y habrá de determinar su situación legal.
La otra detención se llevó a cabo en el municipio de Atizapán, donde elementos del GTO Tlalnepantla, y de la Secretaría de Seguridad estatal cumplimentaron una orden de aprehensión en contra de Héctor Isaac “N”, de 23 años, quien es investigado por su probable participación en el delito de homicidio calificado.
El sujeto fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Cuautitlán, en donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, quien determinará su situación legal.
