El fiscal General de Justicia del Estado de México, Alejandro Gómez Sánchez, informó que Alexis Candelario “N.” y Marco Antonio “N.”, de 23 y 28 años de edad, fueron detenidos por su presunta participación en el homicidio de Sergio Armando Hernández Vega, quien se desempeñaba como secretario particular del General Roberto Sánchez Miranda, jefe del Estado Mayor Presidencial durante el sexenio del expresidente de la República, Enrique Peña Nieto.
“Gracias a los trabajos que se llevaron a cabo de investigación, tanto de inteligencia como de gabinete, y principalmente de las cámaras de videovigilancia, tanto del fraccionamiento del Condado de Sayavedra, de las cámaras del C5 y, desde luego, las municipales, nos permitieron identificar con toda puntualidad a dos personas, quienes fueron ingresadas al domicilio del militar por él mismo”, indicó.
El fiscal general señaló que la víctima, en un primer momento, salió de su domicilio y, posteriormente, se dirigió a un centro comercial a comprar cervezas, para luego, regresar a su domicilio; instante en el que se observa un taxi, del cual se descienden dos personas, quienes se quedan en la puerta de acceso al Condado de Saayavedra.
“Después se observa cómo sale el militar en su vehículo, recoge a estas personas y entra con ellas a su domicilio; posteriormente, pudimos, una vez que los identificamos, establecer que se trata de dos personas que lo conocían, habían trabajado con él en algún momento, cuando él tenía el mando militar”, relató.
GómezSánchez refirió que los dos detenidos son soldados en activo, adscritos al Campo Militar número Uno y quienes habían estado a cargo de Hernández Vega.
“Tienen un primer convivio, donde toman algunas cervezas, pero ellos nos dicen que, en un primer momento, habían planeado el robo. Ellos creían que el teniente coronel podría haber tenido dinero en efectivo, aunque realmente no hemos encontrado. Ellos nos dicen no haber encontrado dinero en efectivo, lo que sí es que ya rescatamos varios objetos que le robaron al teniente coronel”, agregó.
El fiscal agregó que, hasta el momento, el móvil del asesinato es el robo, por lo que fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde un juez determinará su situación jurídica.
