Por primera vez, el Gobierno de Atizapán de Zaragoza pone a disposición de los ciudadanos la tramitación en línea de Licencia de Uso de Suelo y Cédula Informativa de Zonificación que, además de brindarles comodidad y eficiencia sin salir de casa u oficina, otorga transparencia a los servicios que ofrece.
La Dirección de Desarrollo Territorial, a cargo de Nina Hermosillo Miranda, informó que, de acuerdo a las instrucciones de la Presidente Municipal Ruth Olvera Nieto, el proceso en línea representa un avance en la modernización y simplificación de trámites, evitando contratiempos a los contribuyentes y actos de corrupción.
De esta manera, los atizapenses podrán iniciar, consultar estatus y dar seguimiento a la tramitación de la Licencia de Uso de Suelo -para viviendas unifamiliares y comercio básico de hasta 30 m2- y Cédula Informativa de Zonificación en línea, donde las personas recibirán un número de expediente.
Si la documentación y el procedimiento requerido son correctos, se avisará a los usuarios para que recojan una orden de pago correspondiente a su solicitud, que deberá ser saldado en la ventanilla de Desarrollo Territorial.
Para conveniencia de los atizapenses, la dependencia municipal también prevé a corto plazo el pago en línea, así como la tramitación del Alineamiento y Número Oficial.
Los interesados pueden entrar a la página oficial del Ayuntamiento www.atizapan.gob.mx para dar click en el apartado de Desarrollo Territorial, ubicado en la parte superior derecha de la ventana.
Los pasos a seguir son muy sencillos:
1.- Registrarse en la plataforma -el usuario deberá contar con un correo electrónico
2.- Validar la cuenta
3.- Ingresar a la plataforma con usuario y contraseña
4.- Llenar el formato con la información necesaria de acuerdo al trámite a realizar
5.- Subir documentos requeridos.
Para cualquier duda los interesados pueden llamar al teléfono 36 22 29 40 de la Dirección de Desarrollo Territorial.
Los requisitos para la obtención de Licencia de Uso de Suelo son: Solicitud debidamente requisitada y firmada por el propietario o representante legal; Documento que acredite la propiedad inscrito en el IFREM o contrato de compraventa, traslado de dominio o la posesión del mismo, en caso de ejidos; Identificación oficial y/o escritura que acredite la constitución de la sociedad o asociación en caso de personas morales, así como poder notarial del representante legal; Dictamen único de factibilidad, en su caso.
Los requisitos para la obtención de la Cédula Informativa de Zonificación son: Solicitud debidamente requisitada y firmada por el interesado; Croquis de localización legible y/o ortofoto; Identificación oficial del solicitante.
Para la Licencia de Uso de Suelo: Solicitud debidamente requisitada y firmada por el propietario o representante legal; Documento que acredite la propiedad inscrito en el IFREM o contrato de compraventa, traslado de dominio o la posesión del mismo, en caso de ejidos; Identificación oficial y/o escritura que acredite la constitución de la sociedad o asociación en caso de personas morales, así como poder notarial del representante legal; Dictamen único de factibilidad, en su caso.
