La Comisión de Derechos Humanos del Estado de México (Codhem) inició una queja de oficio y fijó un plazo de 10 días para que el ayuntamiento informe al organismo, sobre la detención de vecinos, que también fueron violentados, mientras se manifestaban, en la colonia Las Arboledas, en contra de la construcción del “Puente Vehicular San Mateo”.
En su cuenta de twitter, @CODHEM, el organismo dio a conocer el inicio de la queja de oficio número Codhem/Tlal/455/2019, por presunta detención irregular de vecinos en Atizapán de Zaragoza, que participaban en la protesta.
Heriberto Bárcenas, uno de los manifestantes, fue arrestado por policías municipales durante la refriega y puesta a disposición del Ministerio Público. Hasta entrada la madrugada del jueves no se definía su situación legal.
En tanto, el Centro de Derechos Humanos Zeferino Larillero (CDHLZ), con la mediación de autoridades de la Secretaría de Gobernación federal (Segob), obtuvo una audiencia con autoridades del gobierno de Atizapán de Zaragoza, luego de que dos de sus observadores fueron reprimidos por policías municipales, cuando monitoreaban el desarrollo de la manifestación vecinal.
“No podemos permitir que la policía de Atizapán de Zaragoza agreda a defensores de derechos humanos; esa es una labor importantísima para el Estado de México y no se debe reprimir esa labor, sino fomentarse”, comentó Antonio Lara Duque coordinador del CDHZL, quien exigió la destitución del comisario de seguridad pública Luis Ugalde Fernández.
Los observadores de la CDHZL son Jessica Hernández y Juan Manuel Mancera. “Me estrellaron contra un vehículo que estaba cerca y luego me subieron a una patrulla”, narró Juan Manuel, quien identificó a Ugalde Fernández como el funcionario que lo interceptó junto con cuatro policías que lo agredieron.
Ambos observadores portaban chalecos con logotipo y leyenda de CDHZL e incluso Juan Manuel Mancera exhibió su identificación a los oficiales y Luis Ugalde le tomó fotos, dijeron los ofendidos. Narraron que una vez dentro de un vehículo de la policía municipal hicieron sonar sus botones de protección que monitorea la Segob, y de esa forma los dejaron en libertad.
Un grupo de colonos de Las Arboledas, Lomas de la Hacienda, Luis B. Bonfil, San Mateo Tecoloapan, entre otras comunidades, cumplieron cinco días en manifestación continua en contra del “Puente Vehicular San Mateo”, que impulsa la alcaldesa Ruth Olvera Nieto con una inversión de 80 millones de pesos, pues exigen que el presupuesto público sea empleado para otras prioridades y que se analice el problema de movilidad con visión y solución regional.
