Como resultado de los patrullajes implementados por todo el territorio mexiquense, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS), aprehendieron a dos sujetos; uno de ellos menor de edad, por el delito de robo con violencia a pasajeros del transporte público.
Los hechos se suscitaron cuando una de las víctimas solicitó el auxilio del personal adscrito a la Dirección General de Combate al Robo de Vehículos y Transporte (DGCRVyT), mencionado que minutos antes dos sujetos habían abordado la unidad, tipo micro en la que viajaban para despojar a los usuarios de sus pertenencias con lujo de violencia.
La víctima se percató que los probables responsables al momento de descender de la unidad de transporte público se subieron a un vehículo de la marca BMW, color blanco, el cual utilizaron para emprender la huida.
Uno de los imputados es menor de edad
Gracias al operativo implementado por los elementos estatales lograron localizar de inmediato a los probables responsables en las inmediaciones de la avenida Hacienda Las Arboledas, en la Ciudad López Mateos.
Los uniformados solicitaron a los imputados realizarles una revisión apegada al protocolo de actuación, la cual derivó en el hallazgo de una réplica de arma de fuego, tipo escuadra, un cuchillo con el mango de color verde y un celular de la marca LG, modelo Q6A, color rosa.
Al momento de revisar el vehículo en el cual viajaban, los efectivos encontraron dos carteras y un monedero de color rosa; una de las carteras fue identificada por una de las víctimas como de su propiedad, la cual contenía dos billetes; uno de 200 pesos y otro de 100 pesos y la otra cartera, un billete de 50 pesos.
Por estos hechos Pedro Ramiro “N” de 29 años, junto con el menor de edad, así como los objetos asegurados fueron trasladados a la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México especializada en delitos al robo al transporte público en donde se determinará su situación jurídica.
