Agentes de Investigación de la Fiscalía Especializada de Secuestro del Valle de México de la Fiscalía General de Justicia Estatal (FGJEM) detuvieron a 6 sujetos que fueron vinculados a proceso.Se les acusa de secuestrar y asesinar a una mujer.
Luis Antonio “N”, Alexander “N”, José Gilberto “N”, Raúl Leonel “N”, Héctor Mauricio “N” y Diego David “N” fueron detenidos luego de que la Autoridad Judicial los vinculó a proceso.
Asimismo, se les fijó un plazo de 3 meses para el cierre de la investigación así como una medida cautelar de prisión preventiva.
El operativo
El operativo que derivó en la detención de los sujetos, fue realizado tras la denuncia iniciada el 22 de octubre por el secuestro de una mujer en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, en el Estado de México.
Tras la denuncia interpuesta, Agentes de Investigación de la Fiscalía Especializada de Secuestros investigaron para dar con los presuntos responsables y también lograron ubicar el sitio en donde la víctima se encontraba privada de su libertad.
Una vez que tuvieron los datos recabados, agentes realizaron un operativo en la colonia Granjas Valle de Guadalupe, en Ecatepec.
Ahí fue ubicado un sujeto que viajaba a bordo de una camioneta; vehículo con el que se habría cometido el plagio.
Los presuntos plagiarios ya están encarcelados
El sujeto fue detenido y se identificó como Luis Antonio “N”, esa detención llevó a la captura de 5 sujetos más que fueron ubicados en una vivienda de la colonia Prados de Ixtacala, en Atizapán de Zaragoza.
Dentro del inmueble aseguraron a los 5 probables secuestradores, y ahí mismo los agentes policiacos lamentablemente encontraron el cuerpo de la víctima.
Los detenidos se encuentran recluidos en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona.
