La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) encarceló la madrugada de este sábado en un penal mexiquense a un agente de la Policía Municipal de Atizapán, acusado de formar parte del grupo que saqueó una casa del fraccionamiento Valle Escondido, argumentando que iban a realizar un cateo.
Se trata del elemento en activo Gregorio Emanuel, el cual fue internado en el penal de Barrientos, luego de que un juez libró una orden de aprehensión en su contra.
Los investigadores que trabajan en el caso, saben ya que el policía municipal participó en el atraco junto con al menos otros dos agentes de la misma corporación, unos cinco elementos de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR) y alrededor de una docena de “madrinas”.
Autoridades de la dependencia que encabeza Alejandro Gómez Sánchez ubicaron al policía Gregorio Emanuel durante esta semana, y lo presentaron ante el Ministerio Público, junto con otro de sus compañeros.
Las indagatorias les permitieron saber que el uniformado participó de manera activa en el atraco.
Él iba manejando uno de los 20 automóviles que entró en convoy y saqueó la casa entre la noche del 3 y la madrugada del 4 de abril.
El agente confesó que fue invitado a participar en el robo, por otro compañero de la misma corporación. Ese elemento fue quien supuestamente hizo el contacto con los efectivos de la Policía Federal Ministerial (PFM) que organizaron todo, revelan las indagatorias.
La Fiscalía mexiquense tiene identificados ya —con nombres y fotografías— a cuando menos tres de esos federales y a otros dos municipales.
Autoridades cercanas a la indagatoria revelaron que uno de esos agentes federales, aparece en las imágenes dadas a conocer el martes por C4NoticiasMx, en las que se ve a media docena de sujetos repartiéndose parte del botín, afuera de las instalaciones de la Agencia de Investigación Criminal (AIC), dependiente de FGR, en la alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo.
El ministerio público de la FGJEM trabaja en las solicitudes de órdenes de aprehensión en su contra.
Las fuentes revelaron que, entre la información que han obtenido, se sabe que al menos un mando de la PFM, adscrito a la Subprocuraduría Especializada en Investigación de Delincuencia Organizada (SEIDO), podría estar involucrado en el robo.
En un principio, tras difundirse las primeras imágenes del convoy entrando al Fraccionamiento de Atizapán, las autoridades del municipio que encabeza Ruth Olvera Nieto, aseguraron que se había tratado de un cateo policiaco.
Sin embargo, ni la Fiscalía de Justicia mexiquense, ni la FGR reconocieron haber ejecutado dicha acción. De hecho, ambas se deslindaron de lo informado por el municipio.
Poco después se supo que, en realidad, los hombres que robaron la casa fingieron un operativo para poder entrar a robar con facilidad.
C4NoticiasMx reveló imágenes captadas por cámaras de la Ciudad de México, en las que se aprecia que al menos seis de los ladrones que saquearon la residencia, se reunieron afuera de las instalaciones de la AIC.
Los delincuentes partieron precisamente de ese punto en la alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, para cometer el robo. Lo hicieron a las 10:30 de la noche del día 3, y regresaron a las 2:00 ya del día 4.
Afuera de la AIC, estuvieron en al menos dos de los vehículos usados para ese atraco. Una camioneta blanca, aparentemente es una unidad oficial.
La dependencia federal informó que inició una indagatoria en la Fiscalía de Asuntos Internos para identificar los vehículos usados en el robo, y ubicar a los agentes federales que pudieran estar involucrados.
