Elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS), aprehendieron a una persona probablemente relacionada en el feminicidio de una mujer de 25 años de edad; en la acción, se le aseguraron sustancias nocivas contra la salud.
De acuerdo con el reporte, el pasado 07 de abril del año en curso, sobre la calle Miguel de la Rosa, esquina con Pioneros del Cooperativismo, colonia México Nuevo de este municipio, fue encontrado el cuerpo de la víctima con diversas heridas de arma punzocortante, mismas que le produjeron la muerte.
Derivado de lo anterior, personal de la Unidad de Inteligencia e Investigación para la Prevención (UIIP), inició las indagatorias para esclarecer el caso, lo que permitió obtener datos certeros para la localización de Jesús Bernardino «N» de 31 años de edad, aparentemente vinculado con el ilícito.
El hecho se registró sobre la calle Consejo de Vigilancia S/N, en la colonia México Nuevo, entre avenida Adolfo López Mateos y Previsión Social de esta demarcación, donde acorde al protocolo de actuación fue inspeccionado preventivamente.
Al concluir, los uniformados encontraron entre sus pertenencias tres envoltorios de plástico transparentes, que en su interior contenían hierba verde y seca, con las características propias de la marihuana.
De forma inmediata, el individuo fue aprehendido y trasladado junto con las sustancias aseguradas a la Agencia del Ministerio Público correspondiente, donde se inició la carpeta de investigación para determinar su situación jurídica por los delitos de feminicidio y contra la salud.
