Zamora, Michoacán a 17 de junio de 2020.- Por el delito de violación a la imagen o intimidación de las personas, Fernando ´N´, exalumno de la Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila, pasará los próximos tres años en prisión, y deberá pagar una multa de 56 mil 420 pesos.
Este es el primer caso con sentencia derivado de la Ley Olimpia, que sanciona la difusión de imágenes íntimas sin el consentimiento de la persona, del cual Fernando Ricardo García Polendo es el primer y único condenado.
El joven vendía fotografías íntimas a través de la cuenta de Twitter Monclova Pack 20, donde expuso la imagen de al menos cinco mujeres. En el 2019 las afectadas interpusieron la denuncia contra el joven monclovense.
Un juez dictó la sentencia al acreditar la plena responsabilidad de inculpado, aunque le concedió el beneficio de condena condicional en la modalidad de libertad vigilada con las medidas de seguridad de supervisión por lo que el acusado tendrá prohibido acercarse a las víctimas a una distancia menor de 100 metros, así como comunicarse con ellas.
