Personal de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) aseguró dos puestos semifijos en los municipios de Atizapán de Zaragoza y Tlalnepantla, en donde al parecer se expedían licencias ilegales, además fueron detenidas dos personas por los delitos de usurpación de funciones públicas y uso de documento falso o alterado.
Derivado de una denuncia ciudadana mediante la cual se informó sobre inmuebles y puestos semifijos destinados a la gestoría de placas y licencias del estado de Guerrero, las cuales al parecer eran ilegales, elementos de esta Institución llevaron a cabo una indagatoria para corroborar estos datos.
Por ello Agentes de la Fiscalía Regional de Tlalnepantla, con apoyo de elementos de la policía estatal, se trasladaron a un puesto semifijo ubicado en la Carretera Lago de Guadalupe, en la Colonia Villas de la Hacienda, en Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde se expedían dichos documentos.
En este sitio fue detenida Dalia “N” de 25 años de edad, quien se identificó con una credencial expedida por la Dirección Municipal de Licencias y Permisos de Pilcaya, estado de Guerrero, con vigencia del 30 de diciembre de 2019, además fueron aseguradas 21 licencias para conducir, expedidas por el municipio de Pilcaya, del Estado de Guerrero, sellos con las leyendas “entregada y pagado”, una carpeta con el reglamento de tránsito del Estado de México y fotografías de usuarios con licencias de conducir, cuatro blocs de recibos de dinero, volantes de publicidad de dicho establecimiento.
Personal de la FGJEM de igual forma se trasladó a la avenida Prolongación Miguel Hidalgo, en la colonia El Olivo II, Parte Baja, en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, donde de igual forma se realizaban los trámites referidos, ahí fue detenida Martha “N”, de 37 años de edad, quien se habría identificado como servidora pública, pero no pudo acreditarlo.
En este lugar fueron aseguradas 10 licencias para conducir, expedido por el municipio de Pilcaya, en el estado de Guerrero, sellos con las leyendas “entregado y pagado”, 92 volantes de publicidad, cuatro reposiciones de licencias para conducir, seis vales de reposiciones en caso de robo o extravío y un Bloc de recibo de dinero.
Las personas detenidas fueron presentadas ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició las indagatorias respectivas por el delito de usurpación de funciones públicas y uso de documento falso o alterado y habrá de determinar su situación legal, sin embargo se les debe considerar inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
