Una banda dedicada presuntamente a extorsionar y asaltar fue detenida por policías de Atizapán de Zaragoza tras un enfrentamiento en la colonia Emiliano Zapata.
La dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito municipal informó que en un operativo se logró detener a los ocupantes de un vehículo Jetta VW blanco, quienes al parecer están relacionados con investigaciones por robos a negocios en la colonia mencionada.
La mañana de este miércoles, los sujetos armados intentaron extorsionar al dueño de una bodega con venta de polllo ubicada en el Boulevard Ignacio Zaragoza en la colonia Monte María.
De manera violenta interrumpieron en el lugar, accionando un arma de fuego R15 contra una persona de 34 años de edad, hijo del dueño del negocio.
También lesionaron a un cliente de 35 años, a quien los paramédicos reportaron sin los signos vitales.
Tras una intensa persecusión y balacera en la zona, elementos del GOE, Caballería, Sectores, Cámara de C-4 y la UATO, lograron bloquear el paso al vehículo donde viajaban los sujetos.
Sin embargo, los presuntos delincuentes abrieron fuego contra las patrullas, por lo que los policías repelieron la agresión; en el lugar perdió la vida uno de los presuntos delincuentes.
Finalmente se logró el aseguramiento de quienes se identificaron como Mercedes «N» de 27 años de edad, con domicilio en Ixtapaluca, y José Edgar «N», de 19 años de edad, con domicilio en Lomas de Monte María, quienes portaban un arma de fuego tipo R-15 con cartuchos útiles y fueron trasladados a la Agencia del Ministerio Público a fin de que sea determinada su situación jurídica.
Cabe señalar que en el momento de la detención, un hombre identificado como Gabriel «N» de 38 años de edad, quien dijo ser familiar de los asegurados, intento sobornar a los policías, por lo que también fue presentado ante el MP.
