La decisión fue tomada con base a distintos estándares como edad, tipo de delito y su situación legal actual de procesado, motivo por el cual fue uniformado y rapado, acorde al reglamento; en tanto, al igual que el resto de la población, tendrá derecho al uso de teléfono, acceso a abogados, apoyo familiar, entre otros, y deberá cumplir el régimen de disciplina del penal.
Con apego a los protocolos establecidos y tras efectuar la auscultación médica, con la que se expidió el certificado correspondiente, en el que se especificó que no presentaba ningún tipo de lesión, la noche del 20 de mayo, esta Persona Privada de la Libertad (PPL) fue movilizada desde el penal de Barrientos, hacia la nueva ubicación.
En este sentido, el PPL ha sido valorado por las áreas médica, psicológica, criminológica, de trabajo social, educación, entre otras, para ubicarlo al interior del Centro Penitenciario y definir su plan de actividades.
Cabe destacar, que su proceso legal será llevado en el Distrito Judicial de Tenango del Valle.
