Agentes de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) cumplimentaron orden de aprehensión en contra de Rigoberto “N”, quien es investigado por su probable participación en el delito de feminicidio en grado de tentativa.
Esta agresión tuvo lugar la tarde del 26 de octubre pasado, cuando la víctima acudió a un negocio ubicado en el municipio de Cuautitlán Izcalli y al descender de su vehículo, fue interceptada por dos individuos, entre ellos, el ahora detenido, quien la habría agredido verbalmente.
Este sujeto posteriormente sacó un arma de fuego que llevaba consigo y la habría detonado hacia donde se encontraba la víctima y posteriormente huyó junto con su cómplice.
La mujer herida fue trasladada a un hospital de la zona donde recibió atención médica. Derivado de estos hechos la FGJEM inició la indagatoria respectiva y fueron llevadas a cabo diversas diligencias y se recabaron datos, mismos que fueron aportados a la Autoridad Judicial, quien otorgó orden de aprehensión en contra del posible agresor.
Mediante operativo realizado por elementos de la Fiscalía Regional de Cuautitlán, fue posible la captura de este individuo, el cual fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de la zona, donde la Autoridad Judicial determinará su situación legal.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
