Resultado de las labores que lleva a cabo personal de la Unidad de Inteligencia e Investigación para la Prevención (UIIP) de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS), fue detenido un hombre por su probable responsabilidad en delitos contra la salud.
Elementos de la UIIP realizaban recorridos para disuadir la incidencia delictiva, sobre la calle Palma, en la colonia Barrio Norte, cuando visualizaron a una posible persona objetivo, por lo que se acercaron a ella y le solicitaron una revisión física con la finalidad de descartar cualquier irregularidad.
En dicha inspección, encontraron tres paquetes pequeños de una hierba seca, color verde, con características propias de la marihuana. Derivado de lo anterior, los efectivos procedieron a leer los derechos que la ley le otorga a Luis “N”, y junto con los indicios asegurados fue llevado a la Agencia del Ministerio Público correspondiente, para determinar su situación jurídica.
Cabe señalar que cuenta con antecedentes penales, además que de acuerdo con investigaciones realizadas por policías de la SS probablemente pertenece a una célula delictiva, relacionada a delitos contra la salud, homicidios y secuestros en el Valle de México, por lo que las investigaciones se extenderán.
