Detienen a presunto asaltante con arma de balines en #Tultitlán

Resultado de las labores que se implementan en la entidad para la contención de delitos de alto impacto, elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS) detuvieron a un hombre que al parecer se dedicaba a asaltar peatones.
Mientras policías estatales realizaban el despliegue operativo con motivo del “Día de Reyes” se percataron que tres individuos circulaban en sentido contrario en una motocicleta, colores verde, negro y blanco, sin placas de circulación, motivo por el cual fueron interceptados por los oficiales para verificar la situación.
Posteriormente, los individuos descendieron de la unidad e intentaron huir a pie, por lo que se inició una breve persecución la cual culminó sobre el boulevard de las Fuentes, en la colonia Fuentes del Valle, donde detuvieron a uno de los sujetos identificado como José «N» de 31 años de edad.
Apegados al protocolo de actuación los oficiales realizaron una revisión y localizaron un arma de aire para balines de color negro, con cachas de plástico, un cargador metálico, por lo que luego de indicarle el motivo del constitutivo de delito y hacer de su conocimiento los derechos que la ley consagra fue remitido junto con los indicios a la Agencia del Ministerio Público con sede en Cuautitlán Izcalli, donde se determinará su situación jurídica. Cabe señalar que de acuerdo a las primeras indagatorias, aparentemente está relacionado con el robo a transeúntes, por lo que se extenderán las averiguaciones.
Es importante señalar que la detención derivó de la intensificación de los operativos en esta zona para reducir la incidencia delictiva y el trabajo para mejorar las condiciones de seguridad.
