POR HOMICIDIO DE SU ABUELO EN #TULTITLÁN, POSIBLE IMPLICADO FUE VINCULADO A PROCESO
· El pasado 4 de enero habría privado de la vida a la víctima, después de discutir por problemas personales.
Juan Eduardo “N”, quien el 4 de enero pasado habría causado la muerte a su abuelo, tras golpearlo, fue vinculado a proceso, después de que la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó su posible intervención en el delito de homicidio calificado.
La indagatoria de la Fiscalía Edoméx precisó que ese día, tanto la víctima como su nieto identificado como Juan Eduardo “N”, se encontraban en un inmueble de la colonia Ciudad Labor, en el municipio de Tultitlán, donde luego de sostener una discusión por problemas personales, el hoy detenido habría causado la muerte a su abuelo.
El posible implicado fue detenido por elementos de la Policía Municipal de Tultitlán, quienes lo presentaron ante el Agente del Ministerio Público para que iniciara la indagatoria correspondiente por el delito de homicidio calificado.
Posteriormente este individuo fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Cuautitlán, a disposición del Órgano Jurisdiccional, quien lo vinculó a proceso, con plazo de tres meses para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
