Intentan desalojar albergue para niños con discapacidad en #Naucalpan
En la diligencia participaron decenas de policías
Unos 67 menores de edad que residen en la asociación Hogar Infantil San Luis Gonzaga y Austimax, la cual brinda atención a pacientes con parálisis cerebral, autismo y síndrome de down, fueron desalojados la mañana de este martes del centro ubicado en la zona de Fuentes de Satélite, en el municipio de Naucalpan de Juárez.
La diligencia de desalojo fue llevada a cabo por un ejecutor y un actuario del Poder Judicial, acompañados de decenas de policías del sector, provistos de cascos y escudos.
Durante el desalojo, la vía pública fue ocupada por una fila de ambulancias, listas para trasladar a los menores con discapacidades.
Después de varias horas de disputa, los actuarios finalmente se retiraron, ya que no pudieron llevar a cabo la diligencia debido a que el equipo legal de ambos albergues logró demostrar que el mandato judicial carecía de fecha y hora.
Según los afectados, el juzgado octavo de distrito, que tenía conocimiento de los dos amparos presentados, no había autorizado el desalojo. Afirmaron que el mandato judicial que se intentaba ejecutar estaba fuera de la legalidad.
Se denunció que este problema ha perdurado durante más de 7 años, y que este último intento de desalojo se suma a un total de nueve en todo este tiempo, promovidos por la empresa Frimsa, que reclama la propiedad del terreno, que abarca más de 2 mill 600 metros cuadrados.
Manuel Espejo Rodríguez, de la fundación Autismax, declaraba hace unos años que el predio fue donado por la propia empresa Frimsa para la comunidad, sin embargo, después quiso revertir la cesión por el aumento de la plusvalía de los terrenos ubicados en zona comercial y donde la inmobiliaria pretende construir edificios habitacionales y oficinas.
