Sentencian a feminicidas de #Calimaya y #Atizapán
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) obtuvo sentencias de condena para tres individuos acusados del delito de feminicidio, tras acreditar su intervención en hechos perpetrados en los municipios de Acambay, Calimaya y Atizapán.
La Autoridad Judicial luego de revisar las pruebas aportadas por el Ministerio Público determinó dictar condena de 55 años de prisión para Ezequiel Rodríguez Pérez, quien el 14 de noviembre de 2016 ocasionó la muerte a su esposa, cuando se encontraban en una vivienda de la comunidad Buenavista, en Acambay.
Este individuo para tratar de desviar las investigaciones trasladó el cuerpo de la víctima a un hospital de la zona y dijo que ésta se había suicidado, no obstante, de acuerdo a las pruebas practicadas por personal de la FGJEM fue posible determinar que se trataba de un feminicidio.
Por otro lado, el Ministerio Público aportó pruebas contra Ernesto Rafael Gálvez Valle en el hecho delictivo de feminicidio, por lo que el Órgano Jurisdiccional le dictó condena de 47 años y 6 meses de prisión.
Hechos de violencia en Calimaya y Atizapán
De acuerdo con la indagatoria iniciada, el 30 de septiembre de 2022 la víctima y su esposo, el ahora sentenciado, se encontraban en un local comercial ubicado en la localidad Concepción Coatepec, en el municipio de Calimaya, donde en algún momento iniciaron una discusión que se tornó violenta.
Ernesto Rafael Gálvez Valle golpeó a su esposa hasta dejarla inconsciente y luego la llevó a un nosocomio de la región para que recibiera atención médica, sin embargo, falleció derivado de las lesiones que presentó.
En tanto que un Juez con sede en Tlalnepantla emitió sentencia de condena de 47 años y 6 meses de prisión para Juan Carlos Heredia Cruz, tras quedar acreditada su intervención en el ilícito de feminicidio en agravio de su pareja sentimental. Los hechos tuvieron lugar entre el 27 y 28 de noviembre de 2020, en una vivienda de la colonia El Potrero en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde este individuo estranguló a la víctima.
Por estos casos de feminicidio, fueron iniciadas las indagatorias correspondientes y detenidos los agresores, quienes fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social, a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial, quien, tras proceso legal, les dictó estas sentencias de condena.
