POR ROBO A TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO VIDEOGRABADO Y COMETIDO EN #ZUMPANGO, DOS INDIVIDUOS FUERON SENTENCIADOS A 12 AÑOS DE PRISIÓN
· Los hechos se registraron el 28 de abril de 2023; días después los implicados fueron detenidos por elementos de la Fiscalía EdoMéx.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) obtuvo sentencia condenatoria de 12 años y 8 meses de prisión para José Andrés Aranda Márquez y Jesús Antonio Márquez, tras acreditar su intervención en un robo con violencia cometido a bordo de una unidad de transporte público el 28 de abril de 2023, el cual fue videograbado y difundido a través de redes sociales y medios de comunicación.
De acuerdo con las pesquisas, el día de los hechos, ambos individuos abordaron un vehículo de servicio público en la avenida Zitlaltepec-Zumpango, colonia San Juan Zitlaltepec, y habrían amenazado con un arma de fuego y un cuchillo a los usuarios y operador, a quienes despojaron de sus pertenencias, así como dinero, para luego huir. Está Institución inició la indagatoria y llevó a cabo actos de investigación que permitieron identificar a los posibles implicados en este robo.
Como parte de las diligencias realizadas por ese delito, agentes de la Policía de Investigación (PDI), llevaron a cabo una movilización en el municipio de Zumpango que derivó en la detención de ambos individuos, tan solo unos días después de perpetrar este ilícito.
José Andrés Aranda Márquez y Jesús Antonio Márquez, fueron ingresados al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Zumpango, a disposición de la Autoridad Judicial, quien tras revisar las pruebas recabadas, aportadas y expuestas por esta Representación Social y tras procedimiento de juicio abreviado, les dictó esta condena.
Además de la pena privativa de libertad, estos individuos deberán pagar multas, en tanto que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
