Condenan a 35 años de prisión a individuo por material explícito infantil en #Edoméx
· El ahora sentenciado produjo material fotográfico con contenido sexual, donde aparecía una niña de entonces 11 años de edad; dicho material lo almacenó y distribuyó.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) obtuvo sentencia de condena de 35 años de prisión para Luis Alberto García Hermoso, tras acreditar su intervención en el delito de trata de personas, en la modalidad de pornografía infantil, en agravio de una niña de 11 años.
Con las pruebas recabadas, aportadas y expuestas por el Ministerio Público, la Autoridad Judicial emitió esta sentencia de condena contra el acusado, además le fijó multa de 508 mil 804 pesos y la cantidad de 78 mil pesos como reparación del daño, en tanto que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
Indagatorias de la Fiscalía Edoméx precisaron que del 9 de noviembre de 2021 al 8 de marzo de 2022, el ahora sentenciado produjo material fotográfico con contenido sexual, donde aparecía una niña de entonces 11 años de edad, dicho material lo almacenó y distribuyó.
De estos hechos tomó conocimiento la Fiscalía mexiquense luego de que la Guardia Nacional (GN) informó sobre este delito, por ello esta Institución inició una indagatoria y solicitó a la Autoridad Judicial librar orden de aprehensión.
En acción conjunta de la FGJEM y Guardia Nacional este individuo fue detenido e ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Nezahualcóyotl, a disposición del Órgano Jurisdiccional quien tras proceso legal, le dictó esta sentencia de condena.
