Horror en #CuautitlánIzcalli: investigan a dos hombres por transportar bolsas con restos de perros
· Los probables implicados viajaban a bordo de un vehículo en Cuautitlán Izcalli, a bordo de la cual transportaban bolsas presumiblemente con caninos sin vida.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) recibió puesta a disposición por parte de la Secretaría de Seguridad estatal (SSEM) de dos individuos identificado como Daniel Iván “N” e Israel “N”, investigados por su probable intervención en el delito de maltrato animal, ya que presumiblemente transportaban diversas bolsas que contenían al parecer caninos fallecidos.
Estos individuos fueron detenidos en la calle Quetzal, de la colonia El Tical, municipio de Cuautitlán Izcalli, donde viajaban a bordo de una camioneta marca Chrysler, tipo Dodge RAM, en la cual transportaban bolsas plásticas de color negro, de la cuales se desprendía olor fétido, además escurría un líquido.
Al ser cuestionados en relación a los hechos, los probables implicados habían indicado que se trataba de caninos sin vida los cuales despostarían en otro lugar.
Derivado de lo anterior fueron presentados ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició la investigación correspondiente por maltrato animal, en tanto que el vehículo, bolsas y contenido fueron aseguradas y de igual forma quedaron a disposición del Representante Social.
Como parte de la investigación, un Perito en materia de veterinaria lleva a cabo el análisis del contenido de las bolsas. En tanto que esta Institución continúa con las investigaciones.
Además, la FGJEM realiza las gestiones ante la Unidad de Atención y Bienestar Animal de dicho municipio, para que una vez concluido el análisis de los indicios asegurados y si se determina se trata de caninos, se realice la cremación inmediata de los mismos.
Por lo que hace a Daniel Iván “N” e Israel “N”, deben ser considerados inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
