Elementos de sector 16 de policía municipal con respaldo de la personal de Fuerza de Tarea de la Secretaría de Marina, detuvieron a sujeto que bajo engaños ingresó a una vivienda en la colonia Jardines de Morelos, donde habitan adultos mayores, a quienes amagó para robarlos, pero fue retenido por vecinos y luego asegurado por los uniformados para presentarlo al ministerio público.
Los hechos ocurrieron en la sección Montes de la colonia mencionada, de donde se recibió un reporte por robo a casa habitación, por lo que se movilizaron al lugar las fuerzas policiales y ubicaron que un grupo de personas tenía a un sujeto golpeado en el piso y amarrado de pies y manos.
Un hombre de 76 años denunció que el sujeto había ingresado minutos antes a su domicilio, lo había golpeado y amarrado, igual que a su esposa de 66 años para robarles una caja de metal con dinero en efectivo producto de sus ahorros, y cuando escapaba, las víctimas lograron soltarse, pedir auxilio, y vecinos de la zona retuvieron al responsable y lo golpearon.
Armando “N”, de 55 años, fue trasladado al ministerio público donde se inició la averiguación por robo con violencia a casa habitación, ECA/ECA/00/MPI/630/03220/25/08 y ECA/ECA/ECA/034/237643/25/08, sin embargo, requirió traslado al hospital de Las Américas donde permanece en calidad de detenido.
