· El detenido habría intervenido en una agresión con elementos de la Dirección de Seguridad Pública Municipal de Ecatepec, registrado en el fraccionamiento Los Héroes, Primera Sección de Ecatepec.
La Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) obtuvo vinculación a proceso por el delito de privación de la libertad contra Diego “N”, señalado como integrante de la organización social autodenominada “Sindicato Los 300” y/o “Unión 300”.
Diego “N” es investigado por el delito de privación de la libertad en agravio de elementos de la Policía Municipal de Ecatepec que custodiaban un inmueble asegurado previamente con motivo de una investigación por despojo en el fraccionamiento Los Héroes Primera Sección de Ecatepec.
El día de los hechos, elementos de la Policía Municipal que realizaban acciones de vigilancia y detectaron que habían sido violentados los sellos de dicho inmueble, por ello detuvieron a Diego “N”; sin embargo, un grupo de personas, presuntamente vinculadas con la organización social autodenominada “Sindicato Los 300” y/o “Unión 300” habrían impedido la captura de esta persona y retuvieron a los elementos captores.
En apoyo al lugar acudieron elementos de la Secretaría de Marina (MARINA) y más elementos de la Policía Municipal de Ecatepec, quienes habrían sido agredidos físicamente.
Durante los hechos, los integrantes de “Los 300”, habrían realizado detonaciones de arma de fuego. Un hombre resultó lesionado por disparo de arma de fuego, por lo que fue trasladado a un hospital de la zona para recibir atención médica, no obstante falleció, derivado de las heridas que presentó.
Una vez detenido Diego “N” fue presentado ante el Agente del Ministerio Público, quien inició la investigación correspondiente por secuestro, posteriormente fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Ecatepec, a disposición de ilícito por el cual fueron vinculados a proceso, con plazo de un mes para el cierre de investigación complementaria y medida cautelar de prisión preventiva.
Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
