Cae en San Pedro Xalostoc sujeto con brazalete y órdenes de aprehensión por homicidio y extorsión

Contaba con órdenes de aprehensión por homicidio y extorsión
Como resultado de una reacción inmediata a un auxilio, elementos del sector 7 de la policía municipal detuvieron en calles de San Pedro Xalostoc, a un hombre señalado como responsable de robo con violencia y portación de arma de fuego, quien además contaba con brazalete por el delito de robo de vehículo, dos órdenes de aprehensión vigentes por homicidio, extorsión y un mandamiento judicial.
Cuando realizaban operativo de recuperación de vehículos, los uniformados ubicaron a una joven de 24 años, en Avenida Gasoducto, quien a señas les solicitó auxilio porque un masculino que iba metros adelante la había amagado con un arma de fuego para despojarla de dinero en efectivo.
Tras una persecución a pie tierra, en una acción de respuesta inmediata, los policías de sector 7 lograron el aseguramiento en la calle Ejido, al sujeto quien también había sido detenido por algunas personas quienes comenzaron a golpearlo.
Irving Iván “N” de 30 años fue detenido y en la inspección le localizaron en la bolsa derecha del pantalón un billete de 500 pesos, una pistola tipo escuadra de 9 mm de la marca Smith & Wesson con cargador y 10 cartuchos útiles, por lo que fue trasladado a la agencia del ministerio público.
Una vez que se puso a disposición de las autoridades judiciales se pudo detectar que el sujeto había sido procesado por robo de vehículo y contaba con medida cautelar para enfrentar proceso en libertad, por lo que portaba un brazalete.
Adicionalmente, se detectó que contaba con dos órdenes de aprehensión por homicidio y extorsión, y un mandamiento judicial con búsqueda y localización, por robo de vehículo.
