Como resultado de indagatorias coordinadas elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad Ciudadana (SSC), en coordinación con personal de la Fiscalía General de Justicia (FGJ), concretaron la captura de una mujer señalada por su probable participación en el delito de extorsión agravada continuada, en la alcaldía Iztapalapa.
La detención deriva del análisis de denuncias que alertaban sobre cobros de piso y extorsiones a comerciantes, presuntamente realizadas por un grupo delictivo con operación en Cuautepec Barrio Alto, en la alcaldía Gustavo A. Madero (GAM) y límites con el Estado de México.
Los actos de investigación permitieron reunir evidencias que un agente del Ministerio Público presentó ante un Juez de Control del Sistema Penal Acusatorio, autoridad que libró la orden de aprehensión.
Los policías se trasladaron a las inmediaciones de un centro penitenciario ubicado al oriente de CDMX, donde localizaron y notificaron el mandamiento a la mujer de 43 años, informándole sus derechos constitucionales y poniéndola a disposición de la autoridad que la requiere.
Las indagatorias refieren que posiblemente pertenece a un grupo delictivo que opera en la zona norte de la alcaldía GAM y los límites con el Estado de México y, al parecer, es pareja sentimental del líder, quien se encuentra recluido en un centro penitenciario localizado al oriente de la ciudad.
La SSC subrayó que mantendrá el despliegue de acciones de inteligencia e investigación para combatir delitos que afectan a la población y al sector comercial de la capital.
