La Asociación Nacional de Industrias del Plástico (ANIPAC) y el Tecnológico de Monterrey, campus Estado de México, establecieron un convenio de colaboración orientado a fortalecer la vinculación académica y profesional mediante mentorías, actividades formativas y espacios de desarrollo de talento.
El acuerdo contempla acciones conjuntas para que estudiantes y emprendedores accedan a experiencias prácticas y trabajen junto a especialistas del sector plástico. La ANIPAC destacó que esta cooperación llega en un periodo relevante para la industria debido a la transición del modelo lineal al enfoque de economía circular, que prioriza reducir, reutilizar, reciclar y rediseñar materiales.
Raúl Mendoza, director general de la asociación, explicó que el convenio abre nuevas rutas para conectar a la comunidad estudiantil con escenarios reales.
“A través de ANIPAC abrimos la puerta a nuevos espacios de colaboración, proyectos conjuntos y oportunidades para sacar a las y los estudiantes a un entorno real de la industria”, señaló. El directivo subrayó que estas iniciativas pueden generar soluciones con impacto en la adopción de modelos más sostenibles.
Mendoza añadió que el trabajo conjunto representa una oportunidad para fortalecer un sector con influencia directa en la vida diaria y reiteró la disposición del organismo para participar en proyectos que impulsen la innovación y favorezcan el desarrollo de una industria más sustentable y circular.
Por parte del Tecnológico de Monterrey, Verónica Pedrero, directora general del campus Estado de México, señaló que la alianza permitirá avanzar en proyectos con impacto social.
“La firma de este convenio con la ANIPAC es el inicio de una forma de trabajo para poder lograr proyectos relevantes para la industria”, indicó al precisar que también contribuirá a la formación del alumnado.
Durante la ceremonia, Mendoza destacó el valor estratégico de unir la fuerza académica del Tec de Monterrey con la experiencia y representatividad del sector plástico.
La firma del convenio se realizó durante la quinta edición de la Expo Ingeniería, organizada por la Escuela de Ingeniería y Ciencias del campus, donde se presentaron proyectos desarrollados por estudiantes.
