A través del proceso de investigación del Sistema de Plataforma México, la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito -que encabeza el Comisario Eduardo González Castillo-, logró detener y entregar a la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de México, a Alejandro Hernández García, por contar con una orden de aprehensión por el delito de Robo Equiparado en su Modalidad de Desmantelamiento.
Alejandro Hernández García, fue detenido por policías de Atizapán al momento en que se encontraba ingiriendo bebidas embriagantes y alteraba el orden en la vía pública en la Colonia San Lorenzo, por lo que -con estricto respeto a sus derechos humanos-, fue remitido a la oficina del Juez Calificador en este municipio, para determinar su situación legal.
Mediante el proceso de búsqueda e investigación que se realizó en el sistema de la Subdirección de Plataforma México, se logró conocer que Alejandro Hernández García, contaba con orden de aprehensión por ese delito por lo que se le notificó a personal de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de México y fue entregado a investigadores de la Policía Ministerial, de acuerdo con el procedimiento de investigación.
La orden de aprehensión en contra de Alejandro Hernández García, fue girada en junio del 2013 por el Juez Tercero Penal de Primera Instancia en el Distrito Judicial de Ecatepec de Morelos, por el Delito de Robo Equiparado.
Con esta acción la Dirección de Seguridad Pública y Tránsito mantiene firme su política de “Cero Tolerancia” contra de la delincuencia anunciada por la Presidenta Municipal, Ana María Balderas Trejo y por el Comisario Eduardo González Castillo.
