Quiero realizar una denuncia ciudadana en la cual la empresa de combis AMATSA que atiende la ruta de 1ro de Septiembre/ México 86 y tiene como destino la estación Tlalnepantla del T. Suburbano esta involucrada.
No es la primera vez que sucede, ya que todas las mañanas y mucho más común en las tardes/noches las combis que se dirigen a la base 1ro de Sep. van completamente llenas, incluso con pasajeros parados en el pequeño espacio de la combi.
Se me hace una gran falta de respeto y desconsideración que suban a pasajeros sabiendo que está llena la combi, muchas de estas ni siquiera tienen un barandal para que se apoyen las personas.
Otro problema es que él operador llega a molestarse si algún pasajero se molesta, e incluso una ocasión llegaron a golpes. Perdemos tiempo ya que es muy tardado que una persona descienda ya que va llena, ocasionando tráfico.
El problema mayor, será el momento en que ocurra un accidente.
¿Se imaginan a todas las personas involucradas? Añadiendo el exceso de velocidad que muchas toman incluso con gente vulnerable como los de 3ra edad y niños. Todos estamos expuestos.
Las combi aveces tardan hasta 30 min. y no culpo a todos los choferes, existe tráfico y es razonable, pero los pasajeros también son responsables de esto. Apuesto que si dejaran de subirse cuando va llena la combi, pasarían más seguido y se pondrían a trabajar mejor.
Así que por este medio espero puedan compartir y hacer llegar a las autoridades, empresa y por favor hagan algo.
Nuestros familiares o amigos pueden viajar en estas combis y sufrir algún accidente, están más preocupados por la estética del uso de corbata y camisa y no pueden inclinarse por lo más importante que son sus pasajeros.
Posibles soluciones:
• Implementación de otra ruta.
• Sumentsr el número de combis de la ruta
• Reducir el tiempo de salida de las combis
Ya que para muchos es nuestra ruta, pero no es justo esto.
Claro y tiene solución si aumenta el número de combis ya que tardan hasta 30 min. El día de hoy cayó un señor al intentar bajar y por el exceso de capacidad cayó sobre otro pasajero sentado.
Estas combis viajan por la Av. Jinetes de Arboledas y es demandante el uso de esta por las personas que trabajan (en especial mujeres adultas).
Cuando algún pasajero reclama muchos choferes no respetan y les contestan de una manera agresiva, incluso retando.
