La Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de México (PGJEM), acreditó la probable responsabilidad de Oscar C., por su probable responsabilidad en el delito de homicidio.
Los hechos tuvieron lugar el pasado 20 de febrero en la colonia Ampliación Coanalco, en Ecatepec, en donde se localizó el cuerpo de una mujer quien era su pareja sentimental.
Según las investigaciones, el día de los hechos ambos se encontraban en el domicilio cuando comenzaron a discutir por problemas personales por lo que presuntamente Oscar lesionó a su mujer con un arma punzo cortante, lo que le ocasionó la muerte.
Tras el incidente el hombre intentó darse a la fuga, sin embargo fue detenido por familiares de la víctima y vecinos quienes presuntamente lo golpearon, lo que ocasionó que fuera ingresado a un hospital y días después dado de alta.
El hombre fue trasladado al penal de Ecatepec, en donde se determinará su situación jurídica.
