El propietario del vehículo Ferrari rojo, Alberto Sentiés Palacio, será presentado ante el agente del Ministerio Público, luego de que su escolta, quien apareció muerto la víspera en un hotel del Estado de México, reveló en una carta póstuma, que lo instigó a agredir al automovilista, lo cual culminó en la presunta comisión de los delitos de lesiones y robo.
Autoridades judiciales informaron que Sergio González Ibarra detalló paso a paso los hechos ocurridos el 11 de marzo pasado en Viaducto Tlalpan, donde el propietario del vehículo deportivo le indicó vía radio que bajara a golpear al conductor de la camioneta Renault, blanca.
En la misiva se lee que los hechos ocurrieron después de que salieron de la oficina de Sentiés, ubicada en la carretera Pichaco Ajusco número 130-704, y al llegar al entronque del Viaducto Tlalpan, una camioneta blanca Duster se le cerró al Ferrari que conducía.
“Siendo las 14:30 por medio del radio transmisor que traemos, da la indicación u orden de bajar al de la camioneta (…) y da la orden de golpearlo y cuando ve que lo graban, me dice que ya lo deje, y el video es la prueba de todo”, refiere en la misiva.
También explicó que Sentiés Palacio poco después lo citó en su domicilio para firmar la renuncia, pero le explicó que la situación estaba bajo su control y que no habría ningún problema.
“Me dijo no tengas miedo, todo lo tengo arreglado y cuál, nada de arreglo, solo me empinó a mí y me deja solo con todo el paquete (…) no se vale todo lo que sacan en los medios por parte del acusado ya que no fue así, el video es la prueba de todo”.
Ante esta circunstancia, Sentiés Palacio será presentado a la autoridad ministerial para que declare en torno al contenido de la carta y explique cuándo fue la última vez que tuvo contacto con su ex escolta.
En tanto la PGJ capitalina está en espera de que su homóloga del Estado de México le entregue los resultados de las pruebas de ADN, la toma de huellas dactilares, así como las pruebas periciales de grafoscopía, luego de que los resultados de la necropsia concluyeron que González Ibarra murió por un infarto al corazón.
