El Ayuntamiento promete dar atención inmediata a los ciudadanos que acudan a solicitar apoyo para sus colonias o fraccionamientos.
Jesús Mendoza, titular de la Dirección de Gobierno, indicó que en esa área hay 30 personas encargadas a solucionar conflictos o peticiones: 24 coordinadores de consejos de participación ciudadana, 3 de asociaciones de colonos y 3 recepcionistas.
“Va a ser pronta e inmediata (la atención), las soluciones a lo mejor no se dan en el momento, pero sí se lleva a cabo el seguimiento de la misma situación que presenta la persona, hasta su solución. Hay solicitudes que son un poquito más difíciles, pero las que son de inmediata atención se las damos inmediatamente”, aseguró.
“Al final de cuentas como Dirección de Gobierno tenemos esa capacidad, tenemos también la fuerza, las facultades para poder hacerle la atención a la gente de manera general sin necesidad de ser integrantes de alguna asociación o de algún consejo de participación”, añadió.
REFORMA ha publicado la inconformidad de los colonos con la atención de la Alcaldesa Ana Balderas, quien los ha dejado plantados en al menos cuatro ocasiones en Palacio Municipal, lugar donde se han convenido las citas. La Edil ha justificado saturación de agenda.#
Al respecto, Mendoza invitó a dirigirse a la Dirección de Gobierno, en vez de la oficina de Presidencia.
“Yo creo que más bien es esa situación del conocimiento de la gente, que a veces quiere y se obsesiona por querer entrar a hablar con el presidente, la presidenta en este caso directamente, a lo mejor lo que sí hace falta es un poquito de comunicación y de información a la ciudadanía en general para que puedan asistir a través de la Dirección de Gobierno y la subdirección de vinculación ciudadana a solicitar la atención para cualquier trámite y denuncia que ellos quisieran hacer”, refirió.
Los horarios de atención son de 9 a 18 horas sin interrupción por horario de comida, con la apertura de acudir a citas con colonos superando las horas marcadas.
