A nuestra redacción nos llega la siguiente denuncia ciudadana acompañada de un video donde se observa como oficiales municipales del Municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza violentan a ciudadanos en lo que se observa una detención en contra de personas que se encontraban ingiriendo bebidas alcohólicas en la vía publica.
Oficial GOE (Grupo de Operaciones Especiales: “Te voy a llevar a ti por .. inaudible”
Ciudadana : “Pero por que me vas a detener, no me toques”
Aquí es donde nos preguntamos por que van a remitir a una menor de edad que esta evidenciando una detención aparentemente “legal” ?
También el video se observa como oficiales ingresan a una “tienda” la cual es propiedad privada y hasta donde sabemos, policías municipales no tienen la facultad de ingresar a domicilios y/o propiedad privada para hacer una detención a menos que cuenten con una orden expedida por un juez.
En el mismo video un ciudadano le dice a los policías:
Ciudadano : “Ustedes no tienen por que meterse aya”
y el oficial GOE le responde :
Oficial GOE : “Ya vistes que si”
En Hola Comunicaciones estamos en contra de los abusos por parte de las fuerzas de seguridad, ya que les recordamos que nosotros los ciudadanos no somos el enemigo.
