La Secretaría de Salud del Estado de México informó que con corte a las 8:00 horas de este lunes 23 de marzo, la entidad registra 37 casos positivos a COVID-19 y todos continúan ligados a importación.
Asimismo se han registrado 159 pruebas que han dado negativo y 34 siguen en análisis.
Respecto a los pacientes con diagnóstico positivo, señala que 30 se encuentran en aislamiento domiciliario con síntomas leves hasta completar sus 14 días de vigilancia epidemiológica, además, tres están hospitalizados sin requerir intubación, otros tres cuentan con alta hospitalaria y uno más con alta sanitaria.
El Secretario de Salud mexiquense exhorta a las personas diabéticas, hipertensas, con obesidad, sobrepeso o que tienen el sistema inmune comprometido, a mantener bajo control sus padecimientos a fin de prevenir complicaciones por COVID-19 o cualquier otra enfermedad respiratoria.
Otra recomendación es usar la mano no dominante para abrir picaportes, sostenerse en el transporte público y abrir baños, ya que es menos probable tocarse la cara con ella.
La Secretaría de Salud mexiquense reitera el llamado a seguir las recomendaciones de la Jornada Nacional de Sana Distancia y evitar salir de casa si no es sumamente necesario, ya que reducir el contacto entre personas, disminuye la probabilidad de contagio de éste y otros padecimientos respiratorios.
