El recorte presupuestal que recibe el municipio disminuyo un 20 por ciento lo cual se verá impactado en obras y acciones de gobierno municipal, ante la baja del dinero se han tomado medidas en reducción del personal y salarios de los servidores públicos, afirmó el Presidente Municipal Juan Hugo de la Rosa García.
Especificó que el año pasado Nezahualcóyotl recibió alrededor de 4200 millones de pesos y para este año se tienen programados que llegaran al menos 3500 millones de pesos, es decir que será un año difícil para las finanzas del municipio.
Al realizar la Toma de Protesta de los Integrantes de los Consejos de Participación Ciudadana (COPACI) 2016-2018, De la Rosa García destacó que buscará que el proceso de elección de las autoridades auxiliares sea más interesante, para lo cual buscará modificar la ley local y darle más importancia a este proceso electoral.
“Los COPACIS son ciudadanos electos por la misma comunidad y son el vínculo entre el ayuntamiento y la población para que estos vean como regresan los recursos pagos de sus impuesto a la gente a través de obras y servicios; así como sean los que promuevan en sus comunidades acciones encaminadas a lograr el avance”, afirmó De la Rosa García.
La reducción salarial se realiza a Regidores, Síndicos, directores de área y otros cargos públicos. Hace dos administraciones un regidor ganaba cerca de 100 mil pesos, en el gobierno que terminó obtenían cerca de 60 mil pesos y en la actualidad ganan poco menos de 50 mil pesos, incluso el alcalde su salario no llega a 60 mil pesos.
“Se busca Hacer de Neza una Ciudad de Todos, donde se de participación y voz a la población que requiere de atención y servicios para que la gente conozca cómo trabajan con la organización ciudadana y ahora al entregar la Constancia a los integrantes del COPACI se demuestra que hay un interés de la gente en participar en los cambios que registra el municipio para bien de todos”, concluyó el edil.
