En operativos distintos en los municipios de Tlalnepantla, Atizapán, Naucalpan y Huixquilucan, agentes de la Procuraduría General de Justicia del Estado de México (PGJEM), en coordinación con elementos de la Comisión Estatal de Seguridad Ciudadana (CES), aseguraron 10 establecimientos que no contaban con licencia para su funcionamiento,además en uno de ellos se vendían bebidas alcohólicas a menores de edad.
En el municipio de Naucalpan, elementos de ambas corporaciones policiacas aseguraron los establecimientos “Micheladas Guerrerense”, “Bar Inolvidable”, “Bar Capitana”, “El Capitán”, y “El Pialadero de Guadalajara”.Al continuar con los operativos, en el municipio de Tlalnepantla, fueron asegurados los bares “Michel Antrax”, “Wings Rockel”, y uno más sin razón social.
Mientras que Atizapán de Zaragoza, Agentes de Investigación de la PGJEM y de la policía estatal llevaron a cabo el aseguramiento del establecimiento “Rincón del Bohemio de Don José”, ya que tampoco contaba con licencia para su funcionamiento.Finalmente, en la colonia El Pedregal, municipio de Huixquilucan, se aseguró el establecimiento “Centro Botanero”.
Cabe señalar que, en estos operativos fueron detenidas 19 personas, mismas que quedaron a disposición del agente del Ministerio Público quien determinará su situación legal, sin embargo se les presume inocentes hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
