Con el reciente surgimiento de “justicieros anónimos” en distintas partes del país, a los que se suma los casos de “justicia por propia mano”, es prudente preguntar a un especialista cómo es que estas personas determinan actuar en contra de la ley y enfrentar a delincuentes arriesgando su propia vida y la de los demás.
Por ello Letra Roja consultó a la psicóloga con maestría en Criminología Claudia Viazcan Lozano para que nos explicara en qué entornos surgen estos justicieros y nos compartiera un perfil psicológico aproximado de estas personas.
En primer lugar, la especialista explicó que este tipo de personajes surgen en países o en lugares en los que la violencia es común y en donde la justicia es casi nula; en la que los crímenes quedan impunes y en los que se tiene poca confianza en las autoridades.
Consideró que este tipo de personas están frustradas por la situación social que los envuelve y que buscan reconocimiento aún en el anonimato, con ausencia de culpa.
Además, dijo, tienen una baja tolerancia a la frustración, son personas con un manejo de agresividad bajo que desean arreglar o detener una situación “como si estuviera en su poder”.
En la vida cotidiana podría decirse que son apegados a las normas en apariencia, son “adaptados” y reservados, pero cuando se presenta la oportunidad se enfundan en el papel de “representante” de todos aquellos que quisieran hacer lo que ellos hacen pero no se atreven.
La doctora Viazcan Lozano destacó que los justicieros anónimos son personas que trabajan o que pertenecen o pertenecieron a alguna corporación o lugar en el que tienen acceso a armas de fuego, por tanto saben utilizarlas y cómo atacar.
Finalmente, hizo hincapié en que el actuar de estas personas afecta a la sociedad ya que se convierten en un modelo de otras personas psicológicamente más dañadas, y esto puede causar más violencia.
Por lo anterior y porque la misma población se encuentra sumida en el hartazgo es que muchas veces está bien visto que se haga justicia por “propia mano”.
Hay que recordar que el pasado 31 de octubre, un hombre desconocido asesinó a cuatro asaltantes que se subieron a asaltar al camión en el que viajaba. El día de hoy trascendió que surgió otro nuevo “héroe” anónimo en Guanajuato; acabó con la vida de un asaltante que atacó a un repartidor de comida.
