Juan Yavhé Luis Villaseca, líder de la Confederación Joven de México, fue asesinado junto con su exesposa Alma, su hijo de 7 años y otro hombre no identificado en un ataque armado registrado en el Parque del Amor, en el centro de Oaxaca.

Los hechos ocurrieron el martes 8 de julio, cuando las víctimas se encontraban a bordo de una camioneta tipo Raptor.
Testigos reportaron que sujetos armados se acercaron al vehículo y dispararon en varias ocasiones contra los ocupantes, para luego darse a la fuga.
Fiscalía de Oaxaca va contra los responsables
La Fiscalía General del Estado (FGE) informó que ya se iniciaron las labores ministeriales y periciales correspondientes para esclarecer los hechos.
Además, se logró el aseguramiento de una camioneta que podría estar relacionada con el crimen.
“Derivado de la reacción inmediata y los trabajos interinstitucionales se logró el aseguramiento de una camioneta que podría estar relacionada con la comisión de estos delitos, por lo que se llevan a cabo los trabajos de investigación correspondientes”, destacaron.

Juan Yavhé Luis Villaseca, quien lideraba la Confederación Joven de México – organización que había tenido desencuentros con otros sindicatos locales -, contaba con antecedentes penales:
En 2016 fue detenido por el asesinato de su tío, también líder sindical
En 2018 fue arrestado por portación de armas de uso exclusivo del Ejército
El múltiple homicidio ha conmocionado a la comunidad de Oaxaca, mientras las autoridades continúan con las investigaciones para dar con los responsables de este violento ataque que cobró la vida de cuatro personas, incluido un menor de edad.
