Elementos de la policía de Investigación, adscritos a la Fiscalía Regional de Tlalnepantla, pusieron a disposición del Ministerio Público a tres extorsionadores.
Se trata de Juan Francisco “N” de 35 años de edad, quien se desempeña como Oficial Conciliador de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México, adscrito a la Unidad de Atención Inmediata de Cuautitlán Izcalli, Juan José “N” de 54 años de edad, Subteniente retirado de la Secretaria de la Defensa Nacional y Jesús “N” de 43 años de edad quien es sordomudo, quienes extorsionaban a una pareja de 34 y 38 años de edad.
Se trata de María Alejandra y Elías quienes el pasado 19 de noviembre de 2018 acudieron a la Agencia del Ministerio Público de Atizapán, para iniciar la denuncia con número de carpeta de investigación TLA/TLA/ATI/013/261175/18/11, porque estaban siendo extorsionados.
Dentro de la denuncia, las víctimas narraron mantenían una deuda económica con unas amistades por la cantidad de 150 mil pesos, deuda que no pudieron cubrir, y comenzaron a recibir amenazas si no realizaban el pago de 400,000 mil pesos.
Asimismo señalaron que en diferentes ocasiones les fueron requeridos diversos pagos, con la amenaza que de no realizarlos secuestrarían a sus hijas y al padre de la víctima.
Fue el pasado 21 de enero cuando fueron contactados a través de llamadas telefónicas y mensajes de voz, en las que les exigían el pago o la entrega de un vehículo de Mercedes Benz, Tipo Gla 200, Color Gris Oxford, Placas Pys-93-59 Del Estado De Morelos, Modelo 2016 o sus hijas serían secuestradas saliendo de la escuela.
A través de mensajes de Whats App recibieron fotografías de las menores y el domicilio de las víctimas, por lo que acordaron entregar del vehículo a las 22:00 horas afuera de su casa en Avenida de las Granjas, fraccionamiento las Colonias de Atizapán de Zaragoza, pero solicitaron el auxilio de la policía de investigación, quienes al acudir al lugar de la cita, fueron agredidos con disparos de arma de fuego, resultando con impactos de arma de fuego la unidad oficial de la Marca Dodge, Tipo Ram, Color Rojo, Placas de circulación MWG8916, Modelo 2016.
Los imputados y a quienes se les encontraron dos armas de fuego fueron puestos a disposición de esta autoridad, dándose inicio a la carpeta de investigación.
