El Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía Regional de Tlalnepantla, de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) acreditó la probable participación de una mujer identificada como Cynthia “N”, en el homicidio de su hijo de 8 años de edad, ilícito por el cual la Autoridad judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla determinó vincularla a proceso.
El ilícito se registró el día 23 de marzo, en el interior de un inmueble localizado en el municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, donde la detenida se encontraba con su hijo menor de edad y quien al parecer lo habría privado de la vida.
La mujer supuestamente lo golpeó y azotó en el piso, ocasionándole que perdiera el conocimiento.
Posteriormente la probable homicida lo trasladó a un hospital de la zona, donde reportaron su deceso.
Derivado de este ilícito, fue iniciada una investigación y la probable agresora fue detenida e ingresada al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla a disposición de un Juez, autoridad que determinó iniciar un proceso legal en sucontra, fijó un plazo de un mes con 15 días para el cierre de investigación, y una medida cautelar de prisión preventiva, por lo que esta mujer deberá permanecer en prisión, sin embargo se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoriaen su contra.
