De forma inmediata los Uniformados inician la persecución de la camioneta cerrándole el paso sobre la calle de Margarita, momento en el cual los dos sujetos bajan del vehículo corriendo por diferentes direcciones logrando asegurar en la camioneta a quien se identificó como Obed Alejandro “N” de 20 años de edad quien es plenamente identificado por las victimas como una de las personas que los despojo de sus teléfonos celulares y dinero manifestando que venía armado.
Los Policías del Sector 10 al realizar la inspección de la camioneta logran encontrar en la misma una pistola de diábolos de color negro, así como 3 teléfonos celulares y un chaleco reflejante, por lo que tras leerle sus derechos y explicarle el motivo de su detención esta persona es trasladada al Ministerio Público donde se inicia una carpeta de investigación por el Presunto Delito al Transporte Público con Violencia con la intención de determinar su situación jurídica.
