#Atizapán reclama agua, presidente municipal acusa que toda se va para la #CDMX

resa Madín no ha aumentado su dotación de agua a Atizapán de Zaragoza, pese a que este ayuntamiento invirtió 13 mdp en la recuperación de esta cuenca y casi toda el agua que genera la nueva planta potabilizadora se va a la CDMX, señaló el presidente municipal Pedro Rodríguez.
Dicho municipio depende 80% del Sistema Cutzamala y, con la reducción del caudal en más del 50% hacia el ayuntamiento, se afectó a miles de familias, por lo que desde su llegada, el edil aseguró que buscó hacer frente a la emergencia hídrica y decidió invertir recursos para rescatar la Presa Madín.
“En la recuperación de la Presa Madín llevamos invertidos más de 13 mdp y el compromiso que tenía de ellos —de autoridades federales y estatales— es que una vez que trabajara la planta, nos iban a aumentar el caudal, cosa que a la fecha no ha sucedido, pero yo sigo insistiendo en ese tema porque me preocupa y me ocupa. Yo voy a hacer todo lo posible por solventarlo”, enfatizó.
“Hoy está recuperada, la planta potabilizadora de la Presa Madín ya está trabajando, pero se están llevando casi toda el agua para la CDMX. Qué más quisiera que si está en nuestro municipio, lo primero que nos sirviera sea para abastecer a colonias de Atizapán, pero yo no puedo manejar ni controlar las aguas. Estoy sujeto a la autorización que nos dé la Conagua”, recalcó.
