La Autoridad Judicial con sede en Tlalnepantla dictó una sentencia condenatoria de 100 años, un mes y 15 días de prisión para tres sujetos, luego de que el Agente del Ministerio Público de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), acreditó penalmente su participación en los delitos de robo con violencia y secuestro agravado.
Los elementos de prueba recabados y aportados por esta Representación Social fueron determinantes para que un Juez emitiera esta sentencia para Yahir Alejandro Oliva Nolasco, de 23 años de edad; Uriel Gallardo Campos, de 23 años y Edgar Misael Denova Sánchez, de 33 años, quienes participaron en el asalto con violencia y secuestro de una familia, ilícitos ocurridos en el municipio de Tlalnepantla.
Los hechos se registraron el día 9 de octubre del año 2016, cuando las víctimas, tres adultos y una menor de 17 años de edad, se dirigían a su domicilio en un vehículo por calles de la colonia Benito Juárez Tequexquinahuac, lugar donde fueron interceptados por cuatro sujetos armados, quienes los sometieron y golpearon para despojarlos de sus pertenencias.
En tanto que la menor fue privada de su libertad, y trasladada a un inmueble de la zona en donde estos sujetos la agredieron sexualmente. Posteriormente la abandonan y huyeron de la zona.
Una vez que fue hecha la denuncia, Agentes de Investigación se encargaron de realizar diversas indagatorias y detuvieron sobre la carretera Lago de Guadalupe, en la colonia Margarita Maza de Juárez del municipio de Atizapán de Zaragoza, a Oliva Nolasco, Gallardo Campos y un tercer sujeto identificado como Víctor Manuel “N”, a los cuales se les decomisó un pistola tipo escuadra de fulminantes, una bolsa de plástico con vegetal verde y seco con las características de la marihuana.
Estos individuos declararon ante el Representante Social dedicarse al robo de vehículos con violencia, principalmente en los municipios de Cuautitlán Izcalli y Atizapán de Zaragoza, además de que los entregan en Huehuetoca, y por cada vehículo que robaban recibáin un pago de 11 mil pesos.
Las indagatorias de los elementos de esta Institución, permitieron la localización de otro de sus cómplices, identificado como Edgar Misael Denova, el cual fue detenido en la colonia Jardines de Monterrey, de Atizapán de Zaragoza, y a quien se le aseguró una bolsa con vegetal verde y seco con las características de la marihuana.
Estos sujetos fueron remitidos ante un Juez en el Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, autoridad que previo proceso legal, impuso la sentencia respectiva, además de que fijo una multa de 20 mil 344 pesos, aunado a que sus derechos civiles y políticos quedaron suspendidos.
